Angel serves as COO of Sajan and holds responsibility for Global Language Services. Angel possesses a solution oriented approach which delivers value to each Sajan customer, and has scaled the Operations Group to meet the rapid growth demands of the business. She led the attainment of ISO 9001:2008 certification along with multiple implementations of Six Sigma methods to yield more measurable and quantified solutions. She remains actively involved in the adherence to Sajan’s quality focus. With over 15 years of experience in the localization industry, Angel has been able to establish a production group that achieves some of the highest operating performance levels when compared to other industry competitors. The effective blend and application of expert service and innovative technology, combined with a commitment to customer service, has helped Sajan grow rapidly and establish significant differentiation in the translation market.
