David Flynn

David is a localization expert with 20 years of successful globalization needs, requirements analysis, solution architecture, and lead delivery. He also is experienced with change implementation and global deployment for multi-national companies in IT, telecom, finance, and manufacturing domains. Success has been achieved by applying formal program management techniques to deliver quality end-to-end solutions and transforming the organization into high performing cross-functional teams. David spent 14 years with Digital Equipment in different roles, including Quality Engineer, New Products Introduction Project Manager, Localization Engineering Manager, and Development Manager in both Ireland and the company's European Technical Center in France.

David was the startup General Manager/MD for Lionbridge Technologies Ireland, where he introduced formal change/program management lifecycle processes. He also helped reorganize the company for clear client focus and accountability to make Lionbridge Ireland one of the leading sites worldwide.
