08/14/2007August 15th, 2007 Sajan, the leader in on-demand language translation technology and services, has announced their ISO certificates for both its global communication services and its technology solutions have been renewed. Certified in 2005, Sajan was one of the first software as a service companies to be certified ISO 9001:2000 in this industry.
Continual Improvement
Sajan's focus on continual improvement, they continue to follow the processes that they set forth with TÜV America, the registrar through which they are certified. Having a quality management system in place is becoming increasingly important in the global marketplace and clients seeking language translation for their products realize that quality is crucial not just in highly regulated business areas anymore, but equally important to branding and consistent messaging.
"Since obtaining ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2005, we have received no findings in any of our internal or external audits," notes COO, Angel Zimmerman. "Customer satisfaction is critical in our daily operations; it is imperative that we continue to improve through voice of customer, internal and external auditing, and ISO certificate renewal is validation of that commitment."
