Sajan can manage your localization program - in part or in whole - even if you’re procuring translations from other language translation service providers. Sajan Managed Services can direct your localization program, projects and multiple translation vendors in the supply chain, but still give you the ability to choose and do business with other translation suppliers. Our industry-leading language translation management system - GCMS - is at the center, managing the people, process and projects.

While the exact flavor of Managed Services is flexible and can be customized based on your language translation needs, common delivery models include:

Strategic program management

Sajan can manage the entire localization program for you, and help chart the course for streamlining the process and driving higher quality. This is best enabled through an onsite, full-time Sajan program manager, whose role includes vendor management/relations, project management, translation memory and glossary management, and overall attention to cost and your return on investment. This model allows your existing language service vendors to be leveraged, but Sajan manages the program holistically.

Multi-vendor project management

You can own overall program management, but utilize the services of Sajan project managers to drive projects, coordinating across multiple language translation vendors. Project managers can assist you in numerous ways, but their primary role is to act as the quarterback for translation projects on a daily basis.

Supplemental project management

Perhaps you employ your own project managers for your localization programs, but would like to outsource some languages and/or content types to another language service provider. Sajan can supply one or more project managers to work alongside your project managers, with each individual responsible for unique projects, and often times, unique vendors.

We can also help you centralize your translation assets and define a common workflow through Sajan's translation management system - GCMS - while also allowing flexibility for a variety of different constituents to collaborate within the system.
